You can count the Heart singleton as 1 trick (it's about 97% certain). You will take 3 tricks with Spades if you are able to catch the KS. For this to happen, (1) the KS would have to be held by the player to your right, and Spades would have to be lead by someone other than yourself (maybe two or three times), or (2) the KS would have to be played by one of the other players to cut a non-Spade trick, or (3) you could lead the AS hoping that one of the opponents has a KS singleton at the time. These contingencies are not worth relying on. Because of your Spade strength, you may be able to absorb the enemy Spades, thus empowering your JC and KD. On its own, the KD is about 75% likely to win a trick if the AD is expended on the first diamond trick.

In short, this hand has great potential. It also has the potential to go sour if there is a lopsided distribution. The bids so far do not suggest an imbalance. You can bid 3 safely, but 4 is better. You are way behind in score. Now is no time to play like a pussycat.
